Facilities
Patterns : In the design lab for the product development and design, we are using cad/cam, solid modeling and auto-cast simulation method before development.
Moulding : Mould boxes of accurate sizes are made for production to save sand and better quality. Sand is tested for various combinations for perfect finish.
Melting : Perfect temperature is achieved via temperature indicators at the melting and heat treatment furnace. Furnace lining is done with the best available materials.
Fettling : Processes from decoring to shot blasting, grinding and even pickling is done to achieve best results. Further painting and welding is done as required.
Raw Material Testing : High grade raw materials and chemicals are procured for best results and are tested or certified on purchase.
Inspection : Visual inspection is done on each and every sample and random samples are checked for hardness, etc. Samples are tested radiographically as per requirements other non destructive tests are carried on as per material standards. Tensile and spectro analysis are done for every heat.
Machine Shop and Instruments
We have in house machining facilities having plano miller, vertical turning lathe (VTL) and radial drilling machines which ensures accurate dimensions in accordance to the drawing.
All machined components and castings are duly tested with our latest measuring instruments ranging from surface plates to digital height gauges, verniers, slip gauge, dial gauges, micrometers etc.

We are an ISO 9001 certified company, committed to supply quality product, strictly as per customer requirements. We have a fully equipped foundry and machine shop to insure strict quality control at all stages from raw material to complete finish product.
